### sec.36 Annual report This section applies to the following person (the relevant commissioner )— the chapter 2 special commissioner; if there is not a chapter 2 special commissioner—the commissioner. As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, the relevant commissioner must prepare and give to the chairperson of the council a report about the relevant commissioner’s activities under chapter 2 during the financial year. The chairperson must give the Minister and the council a copy of the report. (sec.36-ssec.1) This section applies to the following person (the relevant commissioner )— the chapter 2 special commissioner; if there is not a chapter 2 special commissioner—the commissioner.
