### sec.312 Existing disciplinary action
This section applies if—
before the commencement, a chief executive started to take disciplinary action against a public service employee under the repealed Act; and
immediately before the commencement, the disciplinary action had not been completed.
From the commencement, the disciplinary action continues under this Act.
