### sec.137 Expenses of persons other than public sector employees
This section applies if the IRC asks a person, other than a public sector employee, to attend an appeal proceeding.
The person is entitled to be reimbursed for any expenses reasonably incurred by the person in attending the proceeding.
The amount of the expenses is to be decided by the commissioner.
This section does not apply to a person who is appealing against a disciplinary declaration.
(sec.137-ssec.1) This section applies if the IRC asks a person, other than a public sector employee, to attend an appeal proceeding.
