### sec.136 Employee’s entitlements for attending appeal
A public sector employee is entitled to be paid travelling expenses and allowances reasonably incurred in attending an appeal proceeding as part of the employee’s duties.
The amount of the expenses and allowances is to be decided by the commissioner.
However, this section does not apply to a public sector employee who is the appellant and is suspended from duty without pay, unless the employee’s appeal is allowed.
This section has no relevance to an appeal against a disciplinary declaration.
(sec.136-ssec.1) A public sector employee is entitled to be paid travelling expenses and allowances reasonably incurred in attending an appeal proceeding as part of the employee’s duties.
