### sec.8J Dealing with certificates at end of terrorist emergency
This section applies when a terrorist emergency ends.
The terrorist emergency forward commander must note the date and time of the ending on the terrorist emergency certificate.
The commissioner must keep the terrorist emergency certificate and any terrorist emergency evacuation certificate for at least 6 years after the ending of the terrorist emergency.

(sec.8J-ssec.1) This section applies when a terrorist emergency ends.
(sec.8J-ssec.2) The terrorist emergency forward commander must note the date and time of the ending on the terrorist emergency certificate.
