### sec.8AZG Report to Minister
The commissioner must give the Minister a report about the exercise of extraordinary emergency powers under an extraordinary emergency authorisation within 3 months after the authorisation ends.
The report—
must state the following—
the nature of the emergency situation for which the extraordinary emergency authorisation was given;
when and why the extraordinary emergency authorisation was given;
if the extraordinary emergency authorisation was revoked—when it was revoked;
the extraordinary emergency powers that were exercised and why and how they were exercised;
whether or not a terrorist emergency was declared to exist in relation to the emergency situation; and
may include anything else the commissioner considers appropriate.
If a terrorist emergency was declared to exist in relation to the emergency situation, the report may form part of the report about the terrorist emergency under section 8R .

- (a) must state the following— (i) the nature of the emergency situation for which the extraordinary emergency authorisation was given; (ii) when and why the extraordinary emergency authorisation was given; (iii) if the extraordinary emergency authorisation was revoked—when it was revoked; (iv) the extraordinary emergency powers that were exercised and why and how they were exercised; (v) whether or not a terrorist emergency was declared to exist in relation to the emergency situation; and
- (i) the nature of the emergency situation for which the extraordinary emergency authorisation was given;
- (ii) when and why the extraordinary emergency authorisation was given;
- (iii) if the extraordinary emergency authorisation was revoked—when it was revoked;
- (iv) the extraordinary emergency powers that were exercised and why and how they were exercised;
- (v) whether or not a terrorist emergency was declared to exist in relation to the emergency situation; and
- (b) may include anything else the commissioner considers appropriate.
- (i) the nature of the emergency situation for which the extraordinary emergency authorisation was given;
- (ii) when and why the extraordinary emergency authorisation was given;
- (iii) if the extraordinary emergency authorisation was revoked—when it was revoked;
- (iv) the extraordinary emergency powers that were exercised and why and how they were exercised;
