### sec.64 Establishment and functions
The archivist must establish an advisory group called the First Nations Advisory Group (the advisory group )—
to advise the archivist about public records relating to Aboriginal peoples and Torres Strait Islander peoples, including the application of the principles mentioned in schedule 1 , part 1 ; and
to advise the archivist on any other matter, requested by the archivist, relating to the archivist’s functions.
