### sec.60 Restrictions on archivist’s attendance at committee meetings The archivist may attend and take part in a committee meeting but must not— take part in a decision of the committee; or be present during the part of a committee meeting at which the committee is deciding a matter relating to a disagreement with, or decision of, the archivist. - (a) take part in a decision of the committee; or - (b) be present during the part of a committee meeting at which the committee is deciding a matter relating to a disagreement with, or decision of, the archivist.
