### sec.59 Committee member’s duty about deliberations A committee member has a duty not to publicly disclose any part of the committee’s deliberations. Subsection (1) does not prevent the committee publishing committee decisions. (sec.59-ssec.1) A committee member has a duty not to publicly disclose any part of the committee’s deliberations.
