### sec.51 Functions of committee The committee has the following functions— to advise the archivist and the Minister about issues affecting the administration or enforcement of this Act; to decide matters referred to the committee under this Act; to review decisions of the archivist not to authorise the disposal of particular public records or classes of public records; to advise whether particular public records, for which the archives is the responsible public authority because of section 17 or 18 , should be disposed of. - (a) to advise the archivist and the Minister about issues affecting the administration or enforcement of this Act; - (b) to decide matters referred to the committee under this Act; - (c) to review decisions of the archivist not to authorise the disposal of particular public records or classes of public records; - (d) to advise whether particular public records, for which the archives is the responsible public authority because of section 17 or 18 , should be disposed of.
