### sec.19 Accessibility of public records This section applies in relation to a public record— that is in the custody of a public authority; and that requires the use of particular equipment, systems or technology to produce the record or make the record available. The public authority must take all reasonable steps to ensure the public record maintains its integrity and remains able to be produced or made available.
