### sec.27 Exclusion of liability generally
No liability shall be incurred by the Crown, the Minister, the public trustee or any other person on account of loss suffered by any person because of the existence or consequences of a restraining order against any property.
The public trustee shall not be taken to be subject to the duty of care of a trustee in relation to its custody and control of property pursuant to a restraining order.
The public trustee and its agents and servants shall not incur liability on account of loss suffered by any person because of anything done or omitted, bona fide and without negligence, in complying with an order or direction of a judge of the Supreme Court or otherwise in connection with the use and management of property taken into the custody and control of the public trustee pursuant to a restraining order.
