### sec.17 Discharge of restraining order
Where the conviction consequent upon which a restraining order has been made is quashed a judge of the Supreme Court, on application by the Minister or by the owner of the property against which the order was made, may order that the restraining order be discharged whereupon the restraining order shall no longer have any effect.
