### sec.16 Imposing or varying conditions on restraining order
Where a restraining order has been made against any property, upon application made to a judge of the Supreme Court by—
the Minister; or
a person having an estate or interest in the property; or
a person aggrieved by any existing conditions to which the order is subject;
the judge may, by order, impose conditions or further conditions on the order or vary or revoke all or any of the conditions to which the order is subject.
- (a) the Minister; or
- (b) a person having an estate or interest in the property; or
- (c) a person aggrieved by any existing conditions to which the order is subject;
