### sec.35 Legislative Assembly may still deal with disclosure
This Act does not limit the immunities, powers, privileges or rights of the Legislative Assembly or its members or committees in relation to a public interest disclosure made to a member of the Legislative Assembly.
In this section—
committee means a committee of the Legislative Assembly, whether or not a statutory committee.
public interest disclosure includes a purported public interest disclosure.
(sec.35-ssec.1) This Act does not limit the immunities, powers, privileges or rights of the Legislative Assembly or its members or committees in relation to a public interest disclosure made to a member of the Legislative Assembly.
(sec.35-ssec.2) In this section— committee means a committee of the Legislative Assembly, whether or not a statutory committee. public interest disclosure includes a purported public interest disclosure.
