### sec.14 When member of the Legislative Assembly is a proper authority
A member of the Legislative Assembly is a proper authority to whom a person may make any disclosure under section 12 or 13 .
However, subsection (1) does not apply to a disclosure if the information that is the subject of the disclosure relates to a judicial officer.
