### sec.88 Failure to give information
A person of whom a requirement is made under section 86 (3) (g) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
See section 115 in relation to false or misleading statements.
It is a reasonable excuse for the person to fail to comply with the requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
