### sec.87 Failure to help authorised person
A person required to give reasonable help under section 86 (3) (f) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
If a requirement under section 86 (3) (f) relates to a document, it is a reasonable excuse for the person not to comply with the requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
