### sec.69 Action that may be taken by first local government
This section applies if the second local government has advised the first local government of a thing done or omitted to be done by the licensee or an operator employed or otherwise engaged by the licensee while in the second local government area.
The first local government may take action in relation to the thing done or omitted to be done by the licensee or operator as if the thing had been done or omitted to be done in the first local government area.
(sec.69-ssec.1) This section applies if the second local government has advised the first local government of a thing done or omitted to be done by the licensee or an operator employed or otherwise engaged by the licensee while in the second local government area.
(sec.69-ssec.2) The first local government may take action in relation to the thing done or omitted to be done by the licensee or operator as if the thing had been done or omitted to be done in the first local government area.
