### sec.68 Notification to first local government
This section applies if—
a licensee or an operator employed or otherwise engaged by the licensee has provided higher risk personal appearance services from mobile premises in a second local government area; and
the second local government considers that the licensee or operator has done or omitted to do something that, if done or omitted to be done in the first local government area, would be a contravention of the conditions of the licensee’s licence.
The second local government may advise the first local government of the thing done or omitted to be done.
(sec.68-ssec.1) This section applies if— a licensee or an operator employed or otherwise engaged by the licensee has provided higher risk personal appearance services from mobile premises in a second local government area; and the second local government considers that the licensee or operator has done or omitted to do something that, if done or omitted to be done in the first local government area, would be a contravention of the conditions of the licensee’s licence.
(sec.68-ssec.2) The second local government may advise the first local government of the thing done or omitted to be done.

- (b) the second local government considers that the licensee or operator has done or omitted to do something that, if done or omitted to be done in the first local government area, would be a contravention of the conditions of the licensee’s licence.
