### sec.38 Decision on application for licence
If the local government decides to grant the application, the local government must—
issue the licence to the applicant; and
advise the applicant where a copy of the infection control guidelines may be obtained.
If the local government decides to impose conditions on the licence, the local government must immediately give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
If the local government decides to refuse to grant the application, the local government must immediately give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
(sec.38-ssec.1) If the local government decides to grant the application, the local government must— issue the licence to the applicant; and advise the applicant where a copy of the infection control guidelines may be obtained.
(sec.38-ssec.2) If the local government decides to impose conditions on the licence, the local government must immediately give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
(sec.38-ssec.3) If the local government decides to refuse to grant the application, the local government must immediately give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
