### sec.158 Lapsing of registration of establishment registered under pt 15 of the former regulation
This section applies if—
a person is the proprietor of an establishment ( the premises ) registered under part 15 of the former regulation immediately before the commencement; and
services being provided at the premises are not higher risk personal appearance services.
The registration of the establishment lapses.
(sec.158-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person is the proprietor of an establishment ( the premises ) registered under part 15 of the former regulation immediately before the commencement; and services being provided at the premises are not higher risk personal appearance services.
(sec.158-ssec.2) The registration of the establishment lapses.
- (a) a person is the proprietor of an establishment ( the premises ) registered under part 15 of the former regulation immediately before the commencement; and
- (b) services being provided at the premises are not higher risk personal appearance services.
