### sec.155 When single licence may be issued for applications under pt 15 of the former regulation This section applies if a local government has received applications for registration or renewal of registration of 2 or more establishments ( the premises ) to which sections 153(2) and 154(2) apply. The local government may issue a single licence to cover all the premises.
