### sec.122 Review decision
After reviewing the original decision, the local government must make a further decision (the review decision ) to—
confirm the original decision; or
amend the original decision; or
substitute another decision for the original decision.
The local government must immediately give the applicant notice of the review decision.
If the review decision is not the decision sought by the applicant, the notice must be a QCAT information notice.
If the local government does not give the notice mentioned in subsection (2) within 40 days after the application is made, the local government is taken to have made a review decision confirming the original decision on the 40th day after the application is made.
If the review decision confirms the original decision, for the purpose of a review of the review decision by QCAT, the original decision is taken to be the review decision.
If the review decision amends the original decision, for the purpose of a review of the review decision by QCAT, the original decision as amended is taken to be the review decision.

- (b) amend the original decision; or
- (c) substitute another decision for the original decision.
