### sec.121 Applying for review
The application must be made within 28 days after—
if the person is given an information notice for the decision—the day the person is given the information notice; or
if paragraph (a) does not apply—the day the person otherwise becomes aware of the decision.
The local government may, at any time, extend the time for applying for the review.
The application must be in writing and state fully the grounds of the application.
