### sec.91 Qualifications for appointment The chief executive may appoint a person as a contact tracing officer only if— the chief executive is satisfied the person is qualified for appointment because the person has the necessary expertise or experience; and the person has the competencies, if any, prescribed under a regulation for this paragraph. - (a) the chief executive is satisfied the person is qualified for appointment because the person has the necessary expertise or experience; and - (b) the person has the competencies, if any, prescribed under a regulation for this paragraph.
