### sec.473 Continued obligation to give cancer return
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement day, a person had not complied with a requirement under the repealed provision to give a return to the chief executive.
The repealed provision, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continues to apply to the person in relation to the return.
In this section—
commencement day means the day the Health Act 1937 , section 100C(1) is repealed under this Act.
repealed provision means the Health Act 1937 , section 100C(1).
(sec.473-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement day, a person had not complied with a requirement under the repealed provision to give a return to the chief executive.
(sec.473-ssec.2) The repealed provision, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continues to apply to the person in relation to the return.
(sec.473-ssec.3) In this section— commencement day means the day the Health Act 1937 , section 100C(1) is repealed under this Act. repealed provision means the Health Act 1937 , section 100C(1).
