### sec.472 Cancer registers
The chief executive may include in the Queensland Cancer Register—
the contents of the old cancer register; and
any of the following information held by the chief executive that, on the commencement day, had not yet been included in the old cancer register—
information from a return mentioned in the Health Act 1937 , section 100C;
information obtained under the Health Act 1937 , section 100DC.
In this section—
commencement day means the day section 230 commences.
old cancer register means the register that, before the commencement day, was kept under the Health Act 1937 , section 100D.
(sec.472-ssec.1) The chief executive may include in the Queensland Cancer Register— the contents of the old cancer register; and any of the following information held by the chief executive that, on the commencement day, had not yet been included in the old cancer register— information from a return mentioned in the Health Act 1937 , section 100C; information obtained under the Health Act 1937 , section 100DC.
(sec.472-ssec.2) In this section— commencement day means the day section 230 commences. old cancer register means the register that, before the commencement day, was kept under the Health Act 1937 , section 100D.
- (a) the contents of the old cancer register; and
- (b) any of the following information held by the chief executive that, on the commencement day, had not yet been included in the old cancer register— (i) information from a return mentioned in the Health Act 1937 , section 100C; (ii) information obtained under the Health Act 1937 , section 100DC.
- (i) information from a return mentioned in the Health Act 1937 , section 100C;
- (ii) information obtained under the Health Act 1937 , section 100DC.
- (i) information from a return mentioned in the Health Act 1937 , section 100C;
- (ii) information obtained under the Health Act 1937 , section 100DC.
