### sec.469 Abatement of nuisance
This section applies to a notice under the Health Act 1937 , section 79, requiring the abatement of a nuisance mentioned in section 77 (a) , (b) , (c) , (d) or (h) of that Act, that was in force immediately before the commencement day.
The notice continues in force as a public health order.
In this section—
commencement day means the day section 23 commences.
(sec.469-ssec.1) This section applies to a notice under the Health Act 1937 , section 79, requiring the abatement of a nuisance mentioned in section 77 (a) , (b) , (c) , (d) or (h) of that Act, that was in force immediately before the commencement day.
