### sec.468 Temporary custody of children
This section applies to an order under the Health Act 1937 , section 76L, that was in force immediately before the commencement day.
The order continues in force as an order under section 197.
Subject to this Act, the order ends at the time stated in it, even if that is more than 48 hours after it was made.
In this section—
commencement day means the day section 197 commences.
(sec.468-ssec.1) This section applies to an order under the Health Act 1937 , section 76L, that was in force immediately before the commencement day.
(sec.468-ssec.2) The order continues in force as an order under section 197.
