### sec.40 Powers available for prevention and control program
For undertaking a prevention and control program, an authorised person may exercise only the powers under this part and must not exercise the powers under chapter 9 .
Subsection (1) does not apply to the investigation by an authorised person of the contravention of a provision of this part.
