### sec.39 Who may undertake prevention and control program
For section 37 (g) the chief executive may authorise—
1 or more local governments, if the chief executive officer of each local government agrees; or
the State; or
the State and 1 or more local governments, if the chief executive officer of each local government agrees.
A prevention and control program must be undertaken by authorised persons.
(sec.39-ssec.1) For section 37 (g) the chief executive may authorise— 1 or more local governments, if the chief executive officer of each local government agrees; or the State; or the State and 1 or more local governments, if the chief executive officer of each local government agrees.
(sec.39-ssec.2) A prevention and control program must be undertaken by authorised persons.
- (a) 1 or more local governments, if the chief executive officer of each local government agrees; or
- (b) the State; or
- (c) the State and 1 or more local governments, if the chief executive officer of each local government agrees.
