### sec.397 Defect in relation to a warrant
A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in the warrant, or in compliance with section 394 , 395 or 396 , unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.
In this section—
warrant includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 396 (5) .
