### sec.343 Power to enter places
An emergency officer may enter a place, in the public health emergency area, if the emergency officer is responding to a declared public health emergency and reasonably believes it is urgent that the emergency officer enter the place to—
save human life; or
prevent or minimise serious adverse effects on human health; or
do anything else to relieve suffering or distress.
The emergency officer may enter the place with the help, and using the force, that is reasonable in the circumstances.
(sec.343-ssec.1) An emergency officer may enter a place, in the public health emergency area, if the emergency officer is responding to a declared public health emergency and reasonably believes it is urgent that the emergency officer enter the place to— save human life; or prevent or minimise serious adverse effects on human health; or do anything else to relieve suffering or distress.
(sec.343-ssec.2) The emergency officer may enter the place with the help, and using the force, that is reasonable in the circumstances.

- (c) do anything else to relieve suffering or distress.
