### sec.26 When magistrate may order enforcement
The magistrate may make an enforcement order against the person only if the magistrate is satisfied—
a public health order was given to the person; and
the public health order was appropriate in the circumstances having regard to the nature and seriousness of the risk to public health from the public health risk at the time the order was given; and
the person has contravened the public health order; and
notice under section 25 has been given to the person.
