### sec.25 Notice of hearing must be given
The person to whom the application relates must be given a notice at least 14 days before the day the application is to be heard.
The notice—
must be accompanied by a copy of the application; and
must state—
the time when and the place where the application is to be heard; and
that the person may appear at the hearing and be heard on the application; and
that, if the person does not appear, the application may be decided in the person’s absence.
If the person appears at the time and place stated in the notice, the person is entitled to be heard on the application.
If the person does not appear at the time and place stated in the notice, the application may be decided in the person’s absence.
(sec.25-ssec.1) The person to whom the application relates must be given a notice at least 14 days before the day the application is to be heard.
(sec.25-ssec.2) The notice— must be accompanied by a copy of the application; and must state— the time when and the place where the application is to be heard; and that the person may appear at the hearing and be heard on the application; and that, if the person does not appear, the application may be decided in the person’s absence.
(sec.25-ssec.3) If the person appears at the time and place stated in the notice, the person is entitled to be heard on the application.
(sec.25-ssec.4) If the person does not appear at the time and place stated in the notice, the application may be decided in the person’s absence.
