129 Investigation offences
(1) For the purposes of an investigation, a person must not, without
reasonable excuse, fail to—
(a) appear or give evidence if required; or
(b) answer a question if required; or
(c) produce a document if required; or
(d) take an oath or make an affirmation if required.
(2) A person appearing at an investigation must not knowingly or
recklessly give evidence that is false or misleading in a material
particular.

(3) A person must not hinder, obstruct or delay the conduct of an
investigation.
