### sec.23 Information by statutory declaration
If a person is required to give information to the public guardian under this chapter, the public guardian may, by written notice given to a person, require the person to give the information by statutory declaration.
The person must comply with the notice, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —100 penalty units.
