### sec.188 Repealed s 236 (Failure to return identity card)
This section applies to a person who ceased to be a community visitor before the commencement and has not returned the person’s identity card to the chief executive before the commencement.
The person must return the person’s identity card to the public guardian as soon as possible after the commencement (but within 21 days), unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
