### sec.123 Person to be advised of information obtained from commissioner of the police service This section applies to information obtained by the public guardian about a person under section 120 from the commissioner of the police service. Before using the information to assess the person’s suitability to be a community visitor, the public guardian must— disclose the information to the person; and allow the person a reasonable opportunity to make representations to the public guardian about the information. s 123 amd 2023 No. 23 s 180 (sec.123-ssec.1) This section applies to information obtained by the public guardian about a person under section 120 from the commissioner of the police service. (sec.123-ssec.2) Before using the information to assess the person’s suitability to be a community visitor, the public guardian must— disclose the information to the person; and allow the person a reasonable opportunity to make representations to the public guardian about the information. - (a) disclose the information to the person; and - (b) allow the person a reasonable opportunity to make representations to the public guardian about the information.
