### sec.122 Failing to make disclosure or making false, misleading or incomplete disclosure
A community visitor must not—
fail to give the public guardian a disclosure as required under section 119A or 121 , unless the visitor has a reasonable excuse; or
give the public guardian an approved form under section 121 that is false, misleading or incomplete in a material particular.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
Subsection (1) (b) does not apply to a visitor in relation to particular information that the visitor is unable to provide if the visitor—
indicates in the approved form the information that the visitor is unable to provide; and
otherwise gives the information in the approved form to the best of the visitor’s ability.

- (a) indicates in the approved form the information that the visitor is unable to provide; and
- (b) otherwise gives the information in the approved form to the best of the visitor’s ability.
