### sec.112 Eligibility for appointment as child advocacy officer A person is eligible for appointment as a child advocacy officer only if the person is a member of the public guardian’s staff and the public guardian considers the person has the knowledge, experience or skills needed to perform the functions of a child advocacy officer.
