### sec.6 Prescribed changes in real estate salesperson’s circumstances to be notified to chief executive For section 149 of the Act , each of the following is a prescribed change for a real estate salesperson— a change in the salesperson’s— name; or email address; or postal address; or residential address; or telephone number; the coming into existence of circumstances for the salesperson that would, under section 120 (1) of the Act , affect the salesperson’s suitability to hold a registration certificate if the salesperson were applying for registration. - (a) a change in the salesperson’s— (i) name; or (ii) email address; or (iii) postal address; or (iv) residential address; or (v) telephone number; - (i) name; or - (ii) email address; or - (iii) postal address; or - (iv) residential address; or - (v) telephone number; - (b) the coming into existence of circumstances for the salesperson that would, under section 120 (1) of the Act , affect the salesperson’s suitability to hold a registration certificate if the salesperson were applying for registration. - (i) name; or - (ii) email address; or - (iii) postal address; or - (iv) residential address; or - (v) telephone number;
