### sec.47 No refund for surrender of transitioned licence if multiple licences held under Act or Agents Act This section applies to a person if— under section 239 of the Act , the person is taken to be the holder of a transitioned licence that is a licence under the Act ; and the person surrenders the licence; and the person continues to hold, at the time of the surrender, another licence under the Act or an Agents Act; and the person received a fee concession in relation to 1 or more of the licences under the repealed Property Agents and Motor Dealers Regulation 2001 , section 4 ; and the concession resulted in no licence issue fee being payable for each of the licences. No refund is payable under section 40 to the person for the surrender. In this section— transitioned licence see schedule 3 of the Act .
