### sec.42 Withdrawn or refused application for registration as real estate salesperson The registration issue fee paid in relation to an application for registration as a real estate salesperson must be refunded if— the application is withdrawn; or the chief executive refuses to issue a registration certificate in relation to the application. - (a) the application is withdrawn; or - (b) the chief executive refuses to issue a registration certificate in relation to the application.
