### sec.36 Fee discount for applicant holding 1 or more licences under the Act or an Agents Act
This section applies if—
a person holds 1 or more licences under the Act or an Agents Act; and
the person applies for 1 or more additional licences under the Act .
The licence issue fee for each licence mentioned in subsection (1) (b) is nil.
If the applicant is a corporation, the application fee for each application is nil.

(sec.36-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person holds 1 or more licences under the Act or an Agents Act; and the person applies for 1 or more additional licences under the Act .
(sec.36-ssec.2) The licence issue fee for each licence mentioned in subsection (1) (b) is nil.
(sec.36-ssec.3) If the applicant is a corporation, the application fee for each application is nil.
- (a) a person holds 1 or more licences under the Act or an Agents Act; and
- (b) the person applies for 1 or more additional licences under the Act .
