### sec.274 Application of s 151B to real estate salespersons holding existing registration certificates Subsection (2) applies to a real estate salesperson who holds a registration certificate that is— for a term of 1 year or more; and in force on the commencement. Section 151B does not apply to the salesperson until the start of the first CPD year for the registration certificate after the commencement. Subsection (4) applies to a real estate salesperson who holds a registration certificate that is— for a term of less than 1 year; and in force on the commencement.
