### sec.273 Application of s 92B to licensees holding existing licences Subsection (2) applies to a licensee who holds a licence that is— for a term of 1 year or more; and in force on the commencement. Section 92B does not apply to the licensee until the start of the first CPD year for the licence after the commencement. Subsection (4) applies to a licensee who holds a licence that is— for a term of less than 1 year; and in force on the commencement.
