### sec.241 Existing applications about renewal or amendment of existing licences or registration certificates, or about appointment of substitute licensees This section applies if— any of the following applications were made under PAMDA and not decided before the commencement— an application for the renewal of a licence or registration certificate; an application to amend the licence conditions of a licence or registration certificate; an application about appointing a nominated person mentioned in PAMDA, section 64(3) or 65(4) as a licensee’s substitute licensee; and the licence or registration certificate in relation to which the application was made is a transitioned licence or licences or transitioned certificate under section 239(2) or 240(2). The application is taken to be an application under the relevant Act for the transitioned licence or licences or transitioned certificate. The application, and any review or appeal in relation to the application, must be decided under the relevant Act. (sec.241-ssec.1) This section applies if— any of the following applications were made under PAMDA and not decided before the commencement— an application for the renewal of a licence or registration certificate; an application to amend the licence conditions of a licence or registration certificate; an application about appointing a nominated person mentioned in PAMDA, section 64(3) or 65(4) as a licensee’s substitute licensee; and the licence or registration certificate in relation to which the application was made is a transitioned licence or licences or transitioned certificate under section 239(2) or 240(2). (sec.241-ssec.2) The application is taken to be an application under the relevant Act for the transitioned licence or licences or transitioned certificate. (sec.241-ssec.3) The application, and any review or appeal in relation to the application, must be decided under the relevant Act. - (a) any of the following applications were made under PAMDA and not decided before the commencement— (i) an application for the renewal of a licence or registration certificate; (ii) an application to amend the licence conditions of a licence or registration certificate; (iii) an application about appointing a nominated person mentioned in PAMDA, section 64(3) or 65(4) as a licensee’s substitute licensee; and - (i) an application for the renewal of a licence or registration certificate; - (ii) an application to amend the licence conditions of a licence or registration certificate; - (iii) an application about appointing a nominated person mentioned in PAMDA, section 64(3) or 65(4) as a licensee’s substitute licensee; and - (b) the licence or registration certificate in relation to which the application was made is a transitioned licence or licences or transitioned certificate under section 239(2) or 240(2). - (i) an application for the renewal of a licence or registration certificate; - (ii) an application to amend the licence conditions of a licence or registration certificate; - (iii) an application about appointing a nominated person mentioned in PAMDA, section 64(3) or 65(4) as a licensee’s substitute licensee; and
