### sec.240 Existing registration certificates This section applies to a person who immediately before the commencement held an existing registration certificate. If the person is the holder of an existing registration certificate of a kind mentioned in column 1 of the following table, the person is taken to be the holder of the registration certificate ( transitioned certificate ), and any licence or licences (each a transitioned licence ), mentioned in column 2 of the table. Registration certificate under PAMDA Registration certificate or licence after commencement registration certificate as a real estate salesperson registration certificate as a real estate salesperson registration certificate as a pastoral house salesperson auctioneer licence chattel auctioneer licence registration certificate as a real estate salesperson registration certificate as a trainee auctioneer auctioneer licence chattel auctioneer licence registration certificate as a property developer salesperson registration certificate as a real estate salesperson registration certificate as a motor salesperson motor salesperson registration certificate registration certificate as a commercial subagent debt collector subagent registration certificate If the transitioned certificate under subsection (2) is a debt collector subagent registration certificate, a reference to the transitioned certificate in this part includes, if the context permits, a reference to registration as a subagent under the Debt Collectors Act.
